Overview
IRC Sports Club is Makdan's first Saudi development: a sports, social, and recreational club near Riyadh's Northern Ring Road, in the Al-Izdihar district, adjacent to the Holiday Inn Al-Izdihar. It extends the same family-club model proven at Vida into the Riyadh market.
The plan centers on six core facility categories: an academies building, an indoor gym, a martial arts training center, tennis courts, a football field, and a training swimming pool.
Beyond the Core Facilities
IRC is planned as a full family destination, not just a training venue: a ground-floor retail and leisure concourse, a dedicated Ladies Building with a fitness gym, spa & wellness, and beauty center, and an entertainment zone with pool tables, ping pong, and gaming.
