Bani Suef Development

Overview

A 47-feddan master-planned development on the Adly Mansour Axis in Bani Suef, east of the Nile, fronting the Eastern Desert Road. The site is planned as a complete services district for the surrounding residential area, adjacent to the governorate housing area of 104 residential buildings and to social housing zone 1.

The plan comprises two commercial zones, a sports club, a school, a conference hall, a mosque and events hall, a fresh produce market, an automotive service centre, a fuel station, a drive-thru restaurant zone, and a three-star hotel. Individual components are available to operators, so a retailer, an F&B brand, a school operator or a fuel company can each take the element that suits them within a planned and serviced scheme.

These are initial plans (ref EGY-02409, Rev-00) and remain subject to change as the project moves toward a confirmed phasing and delivery schedule.
